About Allison Fuller

Allison is a graduate of Washington State University where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, double majoring in Human Resources & Business Management with a Minor in Spanish. She has 8 years of experience working as a Human Resources Manager for a top-ranking Fortune 500 company, providing her with excellent skills in communication, organization and strategic planning.

Allison gained valuable first-hand experience in Real Estate during 10 personal buying & selling transactions, including building 4 homes. This has provided her with a unique perspective in which she can relate to clients in numerous areas: 1st time home buyers, new construction, fully custom builds, purchasing & selling concurrently, long-distance relocation & investment properties. This knowledge & experience led her to pursue a career as a Real Estate Agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices & it’s proven to be a great fit!

In her spare time Allison enjoys reading, tap dancing, traveling with her family & cheering for her 2 boys Brennan & Grant during all their sporting events. As a native of the Tri-Cities, Allison has strong roots in the area & is proud to be a part of its continued growth!
