Even though we were selling a starter home, she treated us as though it was a million dollar property. She was always available and went above and beyond to help us identify improvements that would make our property more attractive in the market while keeping an eye on the return we could expect from any investment. For example, after we replaced our siding she actually walked around the home picking up nails and debris the contractor overlooked. I could not imagine any other realtor taking that same level of interest and care. The staging and photography she coordinated was also the best we have ever received and I believe contributed significantly to the quick and efficient sale of our home.
